I enjoyed this book as it changed my perspective on how century old HR practices still shape the ways companies create people and talent strategy practices today. Spoiler alert - it's not working up and workers are falling through the cracks while company performance and productivity suffers. Tomorrowmind offers a way forward that rethinks how to develop talent while also promoting self efficacy and well being. Highly recommended for any enterprise experiencing change, ie - everyone!

There are a few gems in this book, but given the authors' disdain for agriculture, you'll need to forage for them. And, is it really necessary to start with their perception of life in the Ice Age?
