ReadersProduct was damaged on delivery. Panel number 32 had crushed edges (looked like a machining fault). I ordered the replacement part .... it only came when I chased.... the replacement part was damaged in exactly the same place. The powder coat on the replacement part was also damaged / lifting off.I exchanged many emails with the seller that were responded to in good time but, the manufacturer ran out of parts.I ended up agreeing to a partial refund and correcting the damage myself.Check and double check the parts before you start the build.Despite the quality issue with the panel above the BBQ works well.

If you're not v good at DIY then think twice, the instructions are poor, with components confusingly and incorrectly labelled. (Why do companies invest £1000's in prodcust development and then give out such rubbish instructions). The grills are not as substantial as they appear in the images because they are hollow. The shelf does not lift with the lid as with some which makes it a little tricky to get to the back of the grills. Overall the build quality looks just about OK for the money. Time will tell.

I do like this BBQ its easy to use and cooks the food very well. The only down side was it took 2 hours to put together and the instructions ere less than perfect. I got it together and had a number of screws left over and it was a bit loose I was going to Tech screw it when i found where the extra screw should be fitted. once this was done the BBQ was strong and stable. I recomend this BBQ but dont underestimate the build time or effort.It is a lot bigger than my previous BBQ which makes it much easier to cook on.Happy BBQing

This is my 3rd Gas BBQ, the previous one had given me 9 years trouble free service. I researched many types and makes before settling on this one. I was nervous buying over the internet as many had reported units being received with small dents etc., but this was not the case here. There was a significant cost saving buying it through Amazon compared to the well known DIY stores. I ordered the BBQ on Tuesday with Free Delivery and it arrived on Thursday in one large box. I assembled it following the User Manual instructions without trouble, the only tools needed was 1 pozi-drive screwdriver and a small adjustable spanner, the instructions say it is a two person job and it is, although the only help I needed was lifting the large grill body into position onto the frame. All parts were clearly identified and fixings were vacuum sealed and labelled. The final assembly is good quality and solid, it even comes with a BBQ cover (albeit very thin and can tare easily, but it will do for now). I have cooked with it once and the results were splendid, it got up to temperature quickly and the heat was fully controllable so the food was cooked, not burnt. All round I am very pleased and can fully recommend this BBQ.

Easy to assemble if you follow the guidelines precisely. Took just over an hour to put together.Good looking product and works really well. Was larger than I expected and very easy to clean. Side burner is a plus factor as well. Would highly recommend.
