Outback Omega 250 2 Burner Gas BBQ

We bought our first home and knew we'd need a BBQ sooner than later! This was a great price and arrived quickly. Although it looks smaller than others around, we've comfortably cooked for 8 on it and entertained plenty of people! The double layer inside and the hob outside comes in very handy. My partner bought a smoking box for wood chips in it for additional flavour too. It's all been easy to clean, moves around the garden well and seems sturdy. No complaints other than getting fat from too many burgers.

Great bbq. Lava rocks are a nice touch. Easy to clean. Easy to assemble. Enough space to cook roughly 14 burgers at a time. Shame it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive

Ok, coals aren’t the best and the hob side doesn’t sit flat, it’s a bit flimsy the actual bbq part if quite sturdy and does the job

Love these bbqs. You simply cannot beat cooking on lava rocks, normal gas bbqs just cant touch them. arrived within a couple of days, simple to put together cooks great, you may want to order xtra rocks though, i had some from a previous bbq. Suerb quality, superb delivery and superb cooking, what else would you want ?.

Good value for money. Assembly is definitely a bit tricky as the images are in black and white and not very clear due to this. Was concerned that the gas pipe had a big hole in it for the gas burner, and emailed company who advised that it was correct for combustion. I couldn't find the answer anywhere if it was safe! Cooked really well. Unfortunately not able to get it really clean after just one use, tried all sorts to clean it. Handy shelf which you can have up or fold down (allows you to buy a smaller cover for it. On the whole a very good buy, but could do with clearer instructions.

This is a great gas BBQ and value for money, the instructions are not printed well and difficult to follow, but I got it assembled in the end. I have used it several times this summer and it cooks very evenly. The only down side is that if you have food on the top warming rack the fat drips of out the back of the BBQ and onto the floor, leaving a grease stain.

The BBQ is simple to put together and looks great the quality not so much. biggest problem is it just isn't capable of reaching any serious temperature it had a 30 minute warm up first then added some pork and pineapple skewers and after 40 minutes still not cooked through. I thought I was doing something wrong but after hours and hours of trawling the internet turns out im not the only one. im putting through a return as it just isn't fit for purpose as it just doesn't cook food in any reasonable amount of time which the whole point of a bbq is speed and taste
