Do I need a separate device to charge the phone?

It will work with any magpul charger and wireless charging dock just dont insert the key ring at the back while charging

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still has not shipped. No place to contact seller. Any advice? I e already spent well over $150 on the mount and no case

Contact Amazon customer support. Report a problem w/ the seller. But normally, Amazon provides set dates for delivery. So if it still hadn’t gotten there on the date provided and no one has reached out to you, I’m surprised!
