Bought this bag to take on holiday. Used it as one of two carryons on outward journey. On way home, decided to combine the contents of both bags into one. Great idea but totally impractical. The sides of the bag over-hanged the base which resulted in it being almost impossible to move it, particularly on carpeting. Tried repacking but to no avail.Great idea but needs redesigned to ensure easy movement when fully extended.

the product is nice, but it can't be pulled well, the wheels don't work
