Weight Loss Journal for Women 2022 This awesome Food and Exercise Journal has two pages per day with plenty of room for you to record everything you eat and drink at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (along with all of those cheeky snacks in between!), as well as room for you to add up all of your daily calories. Keeping a Food and Exercise Journal is fun and simple, so why not give it a go? Just write down everything that you eat and drink for 10 weeks and regain control over your weight and health! Review: Fab journal. very usefull. :D - I love this journal. Fab price and looks great inside. It has everything I wanted, lots of room for your 3 meals, snacks, asking you why you are a snack and how you felt about each meal. Plus room to add in exercise. There is a cals column but even if your not counting calories like me, as I count syns on slimming world you can still use the column for that. I'll be ordering a few more. My only wish was it was longer than 10weeks and has different cover designs. The one big thing that drew me in though was that you can start it at any week of the year, you out the date and year in :D enjoy! Review: THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. - AWESOME. First of all I AM NOT INTO DIETS or a strong willed person. I easy lose motivation, excuse myself, don't focus, indulge and forget my priorities and promises. Every New Year's resolution 'I will lose weight till summer' ends up in 9 days after commitment. I tried to do it (such a diary) by myself - what's the point spending 10 pounds? BUT it lasted even less then 9 days.... The idea is to note everything you put into your mouth, and in your own diary you just can't be bothered to add this extra biscuit you eat ad hock. After a few days the whole idea is a vague memory. At the beginning I used this journal not to start diet and count calories but to simply truck what's happening between my mouth and the plate, and why am I so fat (when in my opinion I don't do to bad and don't eat that much)???? And it is scary when you see it on paper :) The other thing it is nice in layout. A bit girly and funny which helps you to keep positive attitude even if you don't do well on the day. It also makes you feel like this 'Wait a moment if I eat it, will I have to put it down in my diary? I better put this away. Do I really want to eat that?' There is a nice space about your feelings before and after the meal. It helps you to be hones with yourself and it makes you want to improve. Do not hide it into a drawer though, coz you won't bother to take it out to make notes. Keep it in your eyesight so it will be always on hand to make notes if you are a lazy cheat like me :) By the way, I am 40 y/o and 3 stone overweight (but till summer I will lose it :). I hope this helps future buyers.

Nice n simple
I'm not one for a diary, but I have been using this one properly for around 3/4 days and I'm finding it very helpful. It's interesting and a good reflective tool in understanding where you are going wrong or can make improvements. The things I can't find calories for I just look up online...it might have benefited from having a short calorific glossary of common food items etc like how many calories In a banana or cup of tea etc. I now think carefully about what I eat as I know I will be recording and toting up at end of day and it becomes a challenge to make my calorific in take lower than the day before.

Fab product!
Great product. I have used apps and bought various books in the past and this one has proven to be the most suitable at monitoring my eating habits, water intake and physical activities without feeling like an off putting chore. The only downside is the size which makes it a little difficult for me to carry around in my handbook and discreetly update. To overcome this, I have doctored the booklet and made my own cover so that it now suits my needs perfectly.

I absolutely love love love
I absolutely love love love. Very easy and fun to write on because you have two pages - enough space. I like that it also includes a section where it prompts you- "why did you have that snack or eat that meal?" You can also score yourself on how well you feel you did.

Really good, but there a glitch
It arrived in a day. I was so excited its really good but the only issue is only the week shouldnt start on a Monday. You should be able to start the week on any day of the week, that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

Well designed and very useful
When you're trying to keep track of what you eat and when and why you work out, you need all the help you can get. And writing down your daily food intake and exercise helps you to be disciplined. Write down what you eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner, how you felt before and after eating, the snacks you've had and why and the exercise you've made will help you to achieve your health goals. Just be honest, don't lie to yourself and write down that Mars bar or the two extra beers you've had!. The workbook is very easy to fill in, have practical charts and will even look good on your desk.

THE TITLE SAYS IT ALL!
I'm not kidding, I really do love my food and exercise journal! I've spent the last year and a half using calorie tracking apps like MyFitnessPal, which are incredibly useful and mobile, but I find that I need to see a visual of what I'm tracking on paper (the same way I also like seeing a printed calendar versus a to-do list on my phone). I found that I was using MFP to toy around and manipulate my food choices thoughout the day, instead of internalizing what meals felt healthy. I also found that the apps made it difficult to access a weekly report. I decided to get a journal instead. I searched around a variety of different formats, but this one seemed to cover everything: Calories, food types and amounts, exercises, ways to track and monitor feelings about what you ate and how hungry you felt, and a weekly progress report which allows you to weigh-in, and put into words how you think you did that week and how you would like to improve. THIS IS A BULLETPROOF TRACKING TOOL FOR FOOD AND FITNESS I think the most important aspect of developing better nutrition and exercise habits is by checking in with what works best for us. That means checking in on how you feel! It's so easy to try and quantify all of our experiences (pounds lost, calories consumed, calories burned, steps taken, etc.) but sometimes these numbers, when compared to others, tell you more about how you compare in a population versus what actually works best for you. This journal is a great tool for checking in on what you do, what you need, and what works best for you. You are your own best indicator of how you're doing, not a logarithm! One Critique: This journal is effective for only ten weeks. I wish it would have enough entries to last a whole year, or at least three months (which can be a standard time span for a weight training program). More pages, please!
