Disappointed with the airflow and fan speed
I purchased three fans. The first fan was delivered earlier, so we installed it to evaluate its performance before installing the others. Unfortunately, the performance is extremely disappointing. The fan speed is very slow, and the airflow is almost non-existent. Even after running it at full speed, it barely produces any air. I paid a premium price for these fans, but the performance is far worse than a normal ₹2,000 fan. This has been a complete waste of money. If I had known the performance would be this poor, I would never have purchased these fans. Fortunately, I managed to cancel one of the fans before it was delivered. However, I still have two fans that I would like to return and request a full refund due to their unsatisfactory performance.

Good product, bad service
Quality is good and enery efficiency looks little costlier and the service of the company is very bad. I called them for more than a week then they came just for installation, then they changed some parts which was damage and made more 2weeks and need to call and reminder them daily. Very slow and worst service by the company

Disappointment
Firstly their installation person has not responded properly and I waited for 2-3 days. Fan speed is very slow and the air flow in high speed is the result of mode 3 in normal fan. We can keep this as a show and not for the performance. For this cost they might be given more rpm speed.

Good product, five star service
Recently we bought two of these fans. The fans are expensive but now we feel that they are worth it. Initially we had issues setting them up and getting them to work. The only reason we are really happy to keep these fans is the service representative Mr Rupesh Kumar who came down twice and worked with us and explained everything and really made all the difference. It is hard to find people like him these days. Even when we are upset and angry, he was calm, cool and patient. Thank you, Rupesh and sometimes people like you make all the difference 🙏
