After taking these for a few days, I could tell I had more focus and energy at work. I was able to concentrate and make decisions a lot easier. At the end of the workday, I didn't feel burnt out and hitting the gym was no problem. I've ordered another bottle and will continue to use these.

For the last month I have been taking this supplement and just reordered. It is simple, 2 supplements at the ratios I was searching for without any fluff added. It allows me to have more control of my supplement mix. I do feel that it is a bit pricey, I would consider $29.99 a fair price but, am sure RHP would disagree with me.

This supplement product arrived on time. It contains two of the supplements that I feel are important for me and that I have been taking now for over 5 years separately. I was happy to find both Acetyl L-carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid contained in one capsule. I am over 70 and have felt for many years that these elements are important for me. I am still sharp mentally and agile physically. You can read up about these supplements, but for me, these are important to stay focused.

I’ve had good energy results with Actyl L-carnitine. However, I need to be able to take it. This product is in the 00 pill size. In other words, the giant pills. There’s no warning on the label or in the advertising. Which, btw, features older people in the pictures. I’m always a bit surprised at companies that make products focused on the older crowd, but don’t take into account that many can’t or won’t try to swallow the huge pills.I’ll break the pills apart and mix in with smoothies and add to the review later if I get good results. (Which may be an issue since they suggest taking this on an empty stomach.) But for now, low rating for not packaging to meet the needs of the target market and not showing/displaying the pill size.

Have not taken long enough to know full effects, but I can say I get no adverse effects from this supplement. I have a sensitive stomach and I tolerate this very well. Happy so far.

This Acetyl L-Carnitine and ALA supplement is dosed just right and seems to work pretty good. After taking it a few weeks, I've felt more mental alertness with an increase in energy. It's also a good supplement for helping to burn fat if someone is trying to do that with proper diet and exercise.

These pills work great as an energy booster and help repair nerve endings.
