Am I able to reseal this bottle? Does it have an applicator or do I have to cut the top off?

If you cut the top off there is a small cap which should seal the bottle. The glue can be applied through the nozzle. I tend not to use the glue this way as sometimes the top will be difficult to remove on second application. I unscrew the large bottle top and pour the glue into a small container and use a spatula to apply.

Does this wash out completely leaving no trace? I want to use it to attach a badge to a shirt for single use (without leaving residue)

I have a bottle of this glue but the ingredients are not listed. It simply says that it conforms to " non toxic ASTM D-4236". I have found it to be an excellent fabric glue, dries firmly and leaves no marks. I assume that it is a type of PVA glue, a very good one.
