Q: Are they waterproof ?

Not the ones I bought - they were cotton.

Q: What is the length of the belts

Although they show belt, you don't get one with the trousers. And the belt isn't mentioned in the items description, I think they included the pic of the belt by mistake.. However inside the waistband, there is a drawstring to make them a snug fit.

Q: Do ya get the dog aswell for that price?

Good question, I didn't receive a dog!! The combat trousers are pretty good though.
