Too American.
Not the cheap easy meals advertised. Some ingredients I have never heard of. Disappointing. Am glad I only bought the kindle version.

Poor Start
Not too impressed with my first recipe out of this book. Tried the Honey BBQ Glazed Chicken Drumsticks on page 24. It stated to cook the chicken pieces on the High Grill Setting for 45 Mins. I happened to look at the Chicken pieces 22 minutes into cooking and they we already burning. The ingredient list also states to use Olive Oil spray, but at no point in the preparation instructions does the recipe mention it again!Other chicken recipes in the book page 21 for example says to cook on Medium for 12 mins, much the same as the advice in the Ninja Recipe book that came with the Air Fryer. So looks like the timings are wrong certainly in the recipe I tried.

Waste of money
A truly dreadful collection of recipes, designed for an American market. Uses US language and measures for recipes, but metric for nutritional information. Some ingredients need explaining for a non-American audience. Poor production too, with 4 recipes to a page. Very few photos. Printed on very cheap paper. I wanted something that would help me convert my usual recipes to the health grill and air fryer, but this is useless for that.

Not very useful
It does contain lots of recipes, but they were ones I already knew. Not the best of recipe books. I get more ideas from YouTube.

Barely intelligible in places
I read the reviews before I bought this book and all seemed good. However, I can only assume the text has been produced via ‘dictation’ or it has been badly translated. Example on page 3: ‘the users deserve justice and clarification’.

Some very unfamiliar recipes/ingredients, together with strange language!
Wouldn’t recommend. Expensive for what you get.

Poorly translated, recipes use lots of processed ingredients, US terminology
I suspect this book is formed from cobbled-together copied recipes from other sources. The style of writing changes from recipe to recipe and the choice of words is near comical in some… the ‘author’ has obviously used an auto-translator and it’s done a poor job. Also, if you’re in the UK, the terms and weights etc are US-centric and some recipes use off-the-shelf processed products we won’t find in the UK.

Type
Not the book I thought it was. I was looking for the original book because I am still learning the basics. This one is for more advanced users.

Little information
Mostly recipes with no instructions about how to cook them. Expected info on step by step cooking instructions with pictures.
