Our Baklava, a type of Ottoman sweets & delights, is considered to be one of the finest, if not the finest one, of the puff pastry filled with nuts. Sugar syrup or honey is then added to sweeten and enrich those pastry delights. And while that sounds terribly stodgy, it is actually creamy, crumbly and nutty – or at least that’s you will discover how we do it.

Beautiful - Flavorful Diverse Assortment
This is a very unique assortment. Each piece has a generous amount of fresh nuts. The sweetness is just right, there are no dry pieces, and they all have a nice crunch. You can tell from the photos that I have included that the pieces of baklava clearly have shiny surfaces indicating they are sweet and a bit sticky and not dry. There are variety of petite shapes and sizes which are great for a party platter. (Advice: keep some for yourself before bringing them to an event) For me this assortment is in the top two brands I have tried, and I have tried many brands over 20 years. The box they are presented in is beautiful, so this works if your sending this as a gift as well. I was happy with every single piece in the assortment and some of the pieces have a second row of sweets under them.This baklava assortment includes 11 different types:fingers sticks, birds nests, one with cashews one with pistachios, a square type that includes almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts, there are some round, triangle and rectangle pieces that just have pistachios in them. There is something for everyone in this assortment.

My guests had a lot of fun sampling these. Fine assortment of fresh, crunchy, nutty, Al Nejmah authentic Middle Eastern baklava in an elegant box - from Jordan by Ramadan Abu Lebbeh & Sons, L.L.C. Ingredients: wheat flour, pistachio, cashew, almond, vegetable ghee, starch, salt, water, sugar.
