Im 5”9 280lbs . Ordered a 3XL just to be able to wear a shirt underneath. Fits like a regular 2XL Gear. Runs smalls in my opinion. But for the price i paid its decent enough to get the job done. Only issue i have is the sauna shirt tends to roll up when i exercise. But overall decent quality and price .

SIZE UP!!!!!!! i wear an XL, i got a 2x but if i could go back i would get a 3x for sure. you need extra space in something like this for comfort and flexibility at the gym. size up & it's great! worth the sale price i paid. A+
