I have been using the system for more than 2 years. Its performance is excellent. However recently I purchased a new automos repellent machine and it stopped working. I tried changing batteries. I can hear the machine gears shifting but its not able to spray the medicine. Do not know how to get this rectified. Need replacement and not refund. Otherwise its a great product. Giving 1 star till replacement is done.

I am writing the review after almost one complete year of use. I purchased two machines. Both are still working fine. I occasionally purchase refills from Amazon as well. I have tried placing this in different locations but I think it only works properly in small spaces. I have tried in bedroom and hallway and it was not very effective. Recently I have kept both machines in washrooms and I see all mosquitos dead as long as the spray is not empty. It is very effective in both washrooms atleast and ofcourse saves me the trouble of any bugs coming in from washroom. The lock mechanism is a bit unnecessarily complicated but overall I find this to be a useful product. No comments about build quality since the product is working for me more than a year. But just an FYI if you stop using the machine for awhile the mechanism may jam and may not be fixed.

My first 2 machines worked without any issues for a year. I had installed one machine at the entrance and another in the drawing room. No mosquitoes. I ordered two more machines but surprisingly they didn’t work even for a day.

Unfortunately, both of the new machines were not working. Since there was no return or refund option available, I opened the machines to check the issue. I found that there appeared to be a manufacturing defect in both units. The neutral wire to the motor was disconnected, and the wiring connection seemed to be reversed. After re-soldering the wires with the correct polarity — connecting the red wire to the motor point marked with a red dot — both machines started working properly. This clearly points to poor quality control, especially for a product at this price. Others facing the same issue may try checking the wiring.

Got my first set of 3 Auto Mos machines in December and they worked very well....especially since i have gardens all around my house. Saw a 70% reduction in mosquitoes inside the house. Was so happy with the performance that I picked up 2 more machines 10 days ago. Sadly both didn't work. I put new batteries and new refills....the machine itself was faulty. I returned them and ordered another machine hoping to get lucky....same story. So disappointed that the company is not paying attention to QC before selling.

It seems working so far. I have purchased this products as one of my friend recommended to me and I have purchased only one for trailer. Let's see if it's worth buying it.
