Good for freezing liquids before using vacuum sealer
I use this with my vacuum sealer. It works much better when the liquid is previously frozen. Since there are lids for each of these they can be stacked in the freezer. Once the liquid is frozen it is easy to preserve it in a vacuum sealer. The only complaint I have is frequently difficult to apply the lid. I can get 3 corners on but it is difficult to get that 4th corner. If you care to stack them you will need to get all corners on.

Very Functional Product
Love these for keeping my homemade bone broths, veg broths, & onion broths in for freezing!!!! Great quality, very sturdy, easy to clean, functional, freeze well, and great value. These containers are a homesteaders dream for freezing homemade broths!!!! 💞💞💞💞

Trick to removing lids?
We love these especially for leftover soup! The 2 cup size is a perfect size for lunch for the two of us. The only problem we have is getting the lids off after they are frozen! Does anyone else have a problem with this or is it just a senior thing?

So far, so good!
We purchased these freezer trays to and another layer of food storage to our pantry. We're using these in place of canning sometimes, and for foods that cannot be canned. These pint size portions are perfect for eating the right amount of food. The lids fit snug, and I don't think there is a chance of liquids from our soups spilling out of the containers. I know some people were complaining about the smell of the silicone, but we wash ours in bleach water. So far, I cannot smell anything anymore. We like this product so much we purchase them again. Now, we have 8 silicone freezer trays. When we finally figure out have to create more space in our freezer, we'll get at least one more.

Meal prep made easy
Using to meal prep, food came out easy after freezing. Lid was hard to get off due to design but was able to do. If you have trouble with hands this may be difficult. But overall good product.

Great to freeze chicken soup batch!
When I make a pot of soup, there is too much to eat before the soup gets too old. These containers work well to give a generous amount of soup to be frozen into blocks. I sometimes pop out a block of soup to reuse the container and put the frozen block into a quart freezer bag. The containers are substantial enough to stack in the freezer with liquid inside. Very happy with these containers.

Perfect. Wish I could give 6 stars.
After freezing, I pop the food out and put it in a quart freezer bag. Any one pot meal is perfect for this method. It's a little difficult to get the cover off after freezing. Run it under water for a minute. Then turn it upside down on the edge of the counter to get better pressure.

Lid is very difficult to remove
Although these work great, the lids are incredibly difficult to remove, especially when food is frozen, and would surely leave a mess if soup was thawed before removing lid. The lids have no grip tabs, so it is a struggle to pull it apart from the silone base. (Old metal cookie tin's come to mind.)

There is a distinct smell of the silicone material. Washing and freezing food in it didnt make it go away. I am not sure if it is toxic but i'm erring on the side of caution and gonna put these away and hunt for another single serve container. I should have returned them when i had the chance.

I purchased the "1 hole 4-pack," which includes four containers, each with a two-cup capacity. Since I was very happy with this product, I ordered a second "1 hole 4-pack." The product is well-made, very useful, and I mainly use it for freezing food, including soup and broth. Based on how I’ve used it, here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1- Size (2 cups) : Perfect for single portions, which makes it easy to calculate how many portions to defrost and helps with food portion control. 2- Durability : Can go in the fridge, freezer, and microwave. 3- Maintenance : Easy to clean, and dishwasher-safe. 4- Usefulness: Great for portion control, packing lunches, storing homemade soup or broth in easy-to-manage portions, and more. 5- Storage : Easy to store since the containers are square and take up less space than round ones. Cons: 1- The lid can sometimes be a bit tricky to snap on securely. 2- After freezing, the lid can be hard to remove—but running it briefly under water makes it easy to open and access the contents. Conclusion: This is an excellent and practical product for preserving food and reducing food waste. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, as its advantages far outweigh the minor drawbacks. When my budget allows it, I plan to purchase a third set. UPDATE JUNE 2025: I am no longer confident in the quality and/or practicality of this product. The containers retain unpleasant odors despite thorough cleaning (including being placed on the top rack of the dishwasher). Not only do they retain the smell of food, but they also seem to hold on to an additional odor that I cannot quite identify. I initially believed I could use this product to freeze meals like soups and then reheat them easily. However, whenever I reheat them, that unidentified odor is still present. Given all this, I’ve lost nearly all interest in this product and I believe I’ll return to using high-quality glass or plastic containers instead.

These are awesome!! They're perfect for storing soup or stews and freezing. The lids are a wee bit hard to remove as they fit very tight, which is good for preventing spills. I advise removing the lid before they totally thaw or being very careful. Otherwise, these are great!
