Q: Why aren't the pistons fitting at the instructions given?

They didn’t fit mine either. I just moved them about an inch so they were where they needed to be.

Q: Having a issue with getting the springs to go in. Am i doing something wrong or is there a trick... almost seems like to much pressure

I had to redrill the position for the gas struts. It seemed like when following the instructions their measurements are not correct.

Q: is there any reason why this couldn't be used for a King sized mattress?? It doesn't appear to be size limited
