Very helpful
I really like this book .I am halfway through it and it's already helped me understand and how to deal with situations and problems. It teaches you how to be positive with positive words and mindset. This is a really good book and I recommend it for people that overthink and have a hard past. It helps you understand the past and the present by telling you how to overcome and deal with the present. If you buy this book I hope it helps you as much as it's helping me.

Good work
This is a thoughtful work that makes use of both common sense and therapeutic coping mechanisms. It is simple to read. This book is useful if one only wants to learn anything. This is also a fantastic book that may serve as a guide to a better way of seeing life if a person wants to truly dive in and do the effort of conquering their habit of ruminating. Good work

I am now sleeping better!
Who is guilty of thinking too much? Yes, I am. Read this book because it claimed to help individuals focus on what's essential and reduce stress. I'm happy to announce that it did. I picked up strategies on how to organize my thoughts, recognize when I start to overthink things, and stop myself from doing so. I'm happy to report that because of less pressures in my life, I'm sleeping better at night. I recommend it to everyone I know who overthinks!

This book has 4 sections. Section 1 focuses on overthinking. This includes what overthinking is, its impacts, and how to overcome it. Section 2 looks at mastering your emotions. This section was really interesting to read. I found the way it was written motivating. Section 3 is about developing a growth mindset. This involves smashing limits we place on ourselves. Section 4 is about implementing these changes discussed. Here we learn about things like finding a mentor. In about 130 pages the author empowers you to stop falling into cycles of overthinking and instead growing in your own power.

Super useful reading
I've been living in the past and worried about the future since I'm an overthinker. Through the use of all the methods and advice offered in this book, I was able to confront my demons. I heartily urge everyone who struggles with worry, tension, or overthinking to read this book.
