Sketchy product, doesn’t work
I bought these earphones because Bluetooth isn’t healthy for your body. They turn out to be Bluetooth as they want to connect to my device very odd. Most importantly they don’t work, first they’re extremely loud- blasting music unbearably loud- and then they constantly turn themselves ALL the way down. Very skeptical about these "Beatsx" earphones that for whatever weird reason needs to be connected!Will be returning these :(

Sturdy Wire
The headset is nice the wires are flexible but a bit ridged which is pretty different. Also they ask to connect as if they are Bluetooth I can’t appreciate that feature. Overall happy to spend $10 for 2 pairs.

Weird..
As soon as I plugged these into my iPhone they started bringing up and trying to connect to odd things. I’ve always used wired iPhone headphones and never had this many issues before. It’s just odd and unusual.. now that I’ve tried to watch a movie with them they don’t even work. Sound is coming out of my phone and not the headphones..

Bluetooth keeps disconnecting
Keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth. Very frustrating & next to useless when you can’t rely on them being connected before answering a call.

Whatever happened to plug and play?
I'm old enough to remember plugging in earphones and having full confidence that sound will come out of the ear buds. I no longer have that with your product. If I'm plugging my ear buds directly into my iPhone, why do I have to sometimes, unlock to connect, sometimes just connect, and sometimes unplug and plug in the dang things before sound actually comes out of the ear bud part? You've made the technology more complex, jacked up the price, and delivered a substandard product. Is this what tech companies think passes for gaining customer loyalty? Just stop doing business if this is the best you can do.
