Q: Would theses be strong enough to support flowers?

Would they be artificial flowers or real? If they were artificial I'd say it might. I used one of them for balloons but it also supported the top garland part no problem. I just used both water weights that comes with it. Hope this helps.

It comes with 4 poles .Well worth the money as iv used these for balloon table arrangements and they are very sturdy .

Q: How many balloons do you need for 2 stands?

It depends on the height you are using it and the size of the balloons. I used it at max height and used approx 50 balloons per stand, some were small, most were average and a few extra large. I bought a balloon garland kit and just used those

Q: Are you selling spare top balloon cups?

If you click on their store they have spare cups. I recently got some myself as I had broken mine when taking apart. Hope this helps 🥰
