I ordered one of these, it arrived damaged, one of the plastic flaps had snapped off due to the build quality and the packaging being inadequate to protect it in transit, its replacement had exactly the same issue so after contacting customer support and having them both refunded I’m going to have to go into the real world and find one.

Check for broken flaps when it is delivered.
Check the flaps when it arrives, one of mine had a broken pivot. They are a bit flimsy but I had a spare from an old unit so did not return it.

Replaced a ridiculous cheap kitchen range vent, that stuck out like a sore thumb on the side of our house. It’s still cheaper plastic, but not ugly, operates well and the birds aren’t trying to build a next in my range exhaust anymore.
