I JUST WISH THEY WERENT AS LONG SO THEY FIT MORE VARIETY OF PUMPS.

These work great for my pump flanges that plug in the wall or my manual but they are to long for a mobile pump. Great quality and thick so they hold up well and they are very comfortable these are a life saver. (I’ve been pumping for a year)

There is value in having a clear one to better center the nipple

Bought these to pair with my spectra phalanges and work well. I wouldn’t recommend using phalanges any larger than 24mm as the inserts would be way too small and you wouldn’t get a proper suction

You can't see the nipple through, so you can't see if it's placed correctly or not.

My lab station consultant recommended that I invest in flange inserts like this one to help with pumping/improving milk supply. I can definitely say that having a proper fit helps my pump significantly more than with the standard flange size!

Hallelujah! Didn’t know I had itty bitty nipples or that it was such an impact for pumping and flange sizes. On my second child and only just realised but it makes everything so much more comfortable. I’m about a 10-11mm and the 15mm is great.

I bought this for my medela pump. The insert did sit inside the flange properly. I'm sure if I had the right pump it would work amazingly.
