I personally went up a size. My daughter is 5”6 and 130 lb. she normally wears a medium in Capezio and we got her a large in this. But it’s also because she has a long torso.

Q: What is the weight for Small, Medium, & Large?

I based my purchase on the size of my daughter’s other ballet leotards, which is a woman’s medium. She is 5’8 and 135 pounds.
