Solid probiotic
Great value for the money. Clean ingredients, no bad side effects, personally have felt a positive impact when it comes to digestion. The pill is average and I did not find it hard to swallow, it did have a faint smell but no taste, like the herb fennel but no bad odors or anything. I have purchased a couple bottles and will likely get more in the future.

Seems to work and easy on the gut - tons of bacteria cultures
Excellent product i noticed the difference after only a few days so far so good. One of the few I can tolerate. The herbs in it feel easy on the gut too. As someone who is dealing with candida and previously SIBO, and MCAS, dysautonomia and a slew of other problems, this is a good product for me. I take it in the morning with or after breakfast. I hope that on my next GI map it will show that lactobacillus cultures have increased. I would think so!

Great Probiotic, But Shipping Needs Better Heat Protection
I’ve been using Dr. Berg’s Probiotic for a while now, and I’m genuinely happy with the results. It works well for me, and I noticed positive changes in my digestion and overall gut comfort after taking it consistently. The quality of the product itself seems very good, and I’m satisfied with its effectiveness.My only complaint is about the delivery and handling. The package had a sticker saying “Protect From Heat,” but when it arrived, the parcel was hot, and even the bottle itself felt warm. Since probiotics are sensitive to temperature, I was concerned about how the product was handled during shipping. I hope Amazon and the delivery team can improve this part to make sure the product stays properly protected during transit.Overall, I still like the product and would recommend it, but the shipping conditions definitely need improvement.
