Plus, it comes with a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. ## Description The Ova-Easy 580 Advance II EX is designed for maximising incubation capacity. It has six tilting shelves. It could be used for single stage incubation (i.e. all eggs added at same time and these are then hatched in the incubator) however, it is most likely to be used as a “setter” to work in conjunction with the matching OvaEasy Series II Hatcher. This combination makes it ideal for multi-stage incubation for a steady throughput of eggs. For example fresh trays of hen eggs are added on the top two shelves. A week later they are moved down onto shelves three and four and at the end of the second week they are moved onto shelves five and six. They are moved into the hatcher for the last 3 days for hatching. This combination keeps the 580 free from hatching debris which means it will require less maintenance in the long run. Universal trays are supplied as standard and are adjustable for egg size from quail through to goose. Humidity is monitored on the digital display. The 580 Advance II EX includes a humidity pump which gives a more precise, programmable and more ‘hands-off’ control of humidity. The pump plugs into the machine and then delivers water into the machine to achieve the target humidity that the user programs into the digital control panel. From the digital menu the user can also adjust the temperature, the turning interval and periodic cooling if required (e.g. for waterfowl). Shelves can also be levelled with a single button for easy access to the trays. The Ova-Easy has a fully protected steel chassis which is rigid and rust resistant with laminated high density polystyrene sides providing good thermal insulation and smooth, easy to clean surfaces. The transparent, double glazed door provides thermal insulation plus the convenience of total visibility of eggs and hatched chicks. PLEASE NOTE THIS PRODUCT IS DELIVERED ON A PALLET.
