Tough and resilient to stainless steel
Great drill bit. I used it to drill 24 12mm holes through 8mm stainless steel and anyone whose drilled stainless knows what tough stuff it is to drill. Did a great job with support of cutting paste and controlled speed. The spiralled swarf is a good sign of a sharp drill. I generally ruin other cobalt drill bits doing this.Another 24 holes to go with the same bit.

Clean hole if drilled from both sides
Used today for the first time and it did brilliantly. Drill from under the hole place left the top of the hole scabby however a quick reverse and drill from the top takes away all swarf and tidies the hole. Cut a hole into a control cabinet better than the hole saw previously used. Brilliant bit of kit
