Love the results. My hands have been sore to bleeding. Some days worse than others. But I've used all kinds. Including steroid creams. I've used this three days. Instantly after the first night I used it. I felt a difference the next day. Yes its oily. Its meant to be, surely. Coconut and neem oil are. Ill keep using. I can barely see where my hands were previously cracked split sore and raw to bleeding now. THANK YOU. I am not in discomfort and nothing stings now. Even water hurt a few days ago. But since using this. I feel literally no more discomfort and the areas where I was sore. Look sooooo much better! Definitely worth trying in my opinion. Amazon freak right here too. I don't leave many reviews. But I had to with this. Update.... I had to come back again. Ive had no more need to use this product beatitude its genuinely cleared it right up. So since those three days. Ive not used it on my hands again at all. They were just better. Completely... I didn't use it all day either. Just night then once in day. I have now just used it on my feet on my heels. Let's see what happens!!!! I look after my feet and buy daft expensive creams. But thought. I dint want this to go to waste. So I'm trying it on my heels. I will be back to share.... My only regret was I never took a before picture with my hands. I kid you not. It worked and it worked fast. With only small use of the product. Cant tell you how much money ive wasted trying other things. I will be back to let you all know how it works on dry skin for feet🙌🙌🙌

I have very bad skin condition I have used what doctors have gave me and that was strong but did not help much used this and wow my skin loads better yes dont smell lovely but you dont smell it on the skin it works amazing well worth every penny I was unsure at first after reading what others said glad I went with my gut and brought it my skin alot better while waiting for terment from the hospital worth every penny just wish the jars was bigger

This product was much harder in consistency than I expected. I have used it and think it does help, but it is a hard, barrier cream, and I still need a softer moisturiser for my hands too which get quite severe hand eczema (pompholyx). I think the formulaes in this cream do help nourish, and is good in combination with other softer creams.

Genuine independent review... The packaging is very good quality. I liked the fact the pot was glass, not plastic. It was smaller than I expected, but that was my own error - I should have read it was 60g. On opening, there is no real odour...maybe the feintest hint of lime. One of my reasons for purchasing this was the 'neem' fragrance; not a deal breaker though. The balm looks as if it's going to be thick and difficult to apply, but it is silky smooth and lovely. You can massage it into delicate skin areas without dragging the skin. It has a really lovely texture. I have put a little bit on a dermatitis patch behind my ear...so far it feels nice. This may be the cream, or psychosomatic - too early to tell. My problem area is dermatitis at the back of my neck; I will definitely be keen to see how this improves! I'm hopeful so far - hope to add on a second review after trying this product out.

But alas I bought a new jar in January 2022 and they've changed most of the ingredients. 3 of the top 5 ingredients are no longer organic and the coconut oil is no longer virgin either. Last time I used a refined coconut oil instead of virgin my eyes swelled up like koi fish eyes. So I went to the local organic store and got all the ingredients to make my own... I have an Instant Pot so, two articles and a youtube video later, I have enough salve to last all year and will have saved 80 pounds. So I guess I am glad in the end. No idea why they would mess with a good thing though. _____________ Original review : My husband recently bought this for me after enduring my incessant complaints about my inability to sleep because I was too itchy from the eczema behind my ears and psoriasis elsewhere... I had tried everything: I stopped eating carbs, used coconut oil, random crap products from Boots, oatmeal creams (made it worse), vaseline, I'm allergic to lanolin so that left things out, I've tried stuff for babies, etc. This is the ONLY thing that has ever worked. ¡Qué Milagro! I guess from the reviews on here it doesn't work for everyone (what product does?), but I assure you I am not a bot or someone in a comment farm or paid shill (I'm actually pretty anti-capitalist). It is not just a random generic emollient. In the past 6 years I have lived in the US, France, and the UK and this is the only product anywhere that has worked for me personally. Also I will say that I use it pretty sparingly, the jar is not that big so... but it doesn't take much; just has to coat the afflicted area a bit, so I don't know how that other person is getting it all over their hair when dabbed behind their ears. I have the world's crappiest hair so it really would show up were it the oleaginous sludge they're making it out to be. I don’t usually write reviews but after using this balm for a week I feel like I needed to. I suffer from pustular psoriasis on my hands and have had the biggest flare up I’ve ever had in the last few weeks. I was sick of using steroid creams that only work short term then as soon as I stop I get another flare up. This balm has been amazing already, doesn’t sting even on broken skin. It was a different consistency than I was expecting but you don’t need to use much at all, it goes a long way so good value for money! It has completely softened up the worst areas which were so thick they would crack and bleed. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone with eczema or psoriasis. Knowing that it’s completely herbal is great too, means I can apply it as and when I feel like I need it rather than ‘1-2 times a day’ that you get with a lot of topical creams. Thumbs up from me! :)

Is appears to do nothing at all or at least nothing visible for psoriasis or eczema but it is a nice balm. Overpriced for something that doesn’t do as described. Will find alternative uses for it
