I got a damaged tap and after that, I purchased a new tap from the market and it's too good. It's filtering the total water tank one time at all knight—overall good product.

Though the quality of steel is very good, the cover had some bumps.One candle was totally broken into two pieces.Another major issue is with the locking part of upper jar. It is just 1 cm in length. Can fall down with small jerk.over all it is a good product.

No electricity, no complicated fittings, pure and simple, just take care of few steps prior installation, rinse the candles from inside &outside well twice thrice, discard first two batches of filtered water before consumption
