I've used the mat a few times now and it's been brilliant so far! Very comfy and the patterns make it easy to keep your body symmetrical or balanced for various positions. Really impressed for the price!

This is a 3 KG mat to start off with so if you have a fair bit to walk then you may need to prepare for this.It's a really nice mat, well made and very comfortable.The outer edge is very well finished and rolls out without any memory effect and likewise rolls up quite easy too.It has a very nice soft feel to it and is very comfy and soft to sit on and absorbs quite a lot of pressure from your positions on the mat.Great quality mat and this should be the one to go for and don't let the weight put you off, but I had to mention this as you don't want to get this based on a review but then be upset on the weight of this.

Was given this as a gift and I had to leave a review as it is such a great yoga mat! Very comfy 😌 quality is brilliant and I see the price is good I will be getting some for friends Christmas presents! Hopefully they will join me on my yoga journey lol
