Poor customer service
The quinny Zapp is nothing exceptional, yes it’s light weight and folds up small giving you extra boot space but it is flimsy and filddly to set up and put down. If your child is on the taller side this stroller will not last long as it leaves their legs dangling with no foot rest, I would imagine rather uncomfortable after a short time. The canopy is a good size and gives good coverage from sun and light rain. Yes it gives you a lifetime guarantee of the stoller, but I’m not sure you will won’t the hassle of contacting the unhelpful customer service, that left me for months without any form of pushchair, when I requested a refund as they were taking too long to repair, they said not an option other then to wait it out! So you can imagine the difficulty being without any form of transport for my 9 month old for months!

Good, but has its downsides.
I like this Quinny. I used to have another one for my son, however I don't think they're the same model, as the one I had for him had a slightly larger basket and better brakes. It's really easy to use in bustling places and small in your boot. The brakes are a bit fidgety and you have to press quite hard to engage/disengage them. The harness becomes tight quite fast and it's very difficult to close if you use a footmuff as well. All in all, it's a decent stroller to use on a daily basis for your toddler (I had something sturdier for when my daughter was less than a year old), but great if you travel a lot as it's really lightweight - don't expect to be able to hang heavy stuff on the handles though.

My daughters 4 monthsold and I’ve replaced already
This buggy drives me mad and has been replaced within 6 months! The brake jams on constantly it needs proper force to release, and can take several attempts, the wheels are fine in a supermarket but once out in the road it’s a bumpy ride and struggles to get up a low curb without drama. I took it to Center Parcs and it was more of a hindrance.Handles are flimsy and you feel like you’re risking your child safety pulling the buggy backwards up steps.I actually loved this buggy when I was using it with car seat (just the frame) but once the seat is on it becomes a pain to fold, the hood falls back all the time and the recline positions when parent facing are limiting - think there are way better strollers on the market in this price bracket

Great pram only thing is the basket is very tiny ...
Great pram only thing is the basket is very tiny and you can't put any shopping on handles as it is to light and tipples backwards which is not good, only really practical for traveling as it folds up great

Perfect for a small car boot
Bought this due to the small size when folded and I get a lot of compliments on how smart looking and manoeuvrable it is.The brakes are a little temperamental so looses a star for that.

Looks good, but the break is playing up
I got this item, and I had to return the first, and now I am returning the second one too. I bought this to fit my mini car boot. It does perfectly. Looks good, but the break is playing up, many times I was struggling to secure the buggy on the bus, and release the break when I had to get off the bus. If you put a few bags on the handle, not even heavy!!, it tips over, I found it very dangerous! So in overall I am returning the second one and getting a different one. I can't really recommend this buggy, I am sorry.

Pain to fold at first but better when you get used to it
Had one of these before. Lovely light weight highly manoeuvreable buggy. Pain to fold at first but better when you get used to it.

Perfect Pram
Bought this pram for the car as my big pram is a bit much putting in and out the car. It folds to next to nothing which is brilliant for a normal sized boot as you can fit shopping etc in too. My Son is 11weeks old and loves it! We didn't bother with the newborn insert and glad we didn't as we found its not needed really. Delivery very fast.
