I did a little looking around and the brand FULTON popped up many times, After a little research into the company themselves, their products and the feedback they received I decided to spend a little more money on an umbrella then I normally would have. Needless to say i was very sceptical at first, I had no qualms at all about sending it back straight away for a refund when it arrived if I thought it was no better than trash i bought of the auction site. Fortunately this isnt the case! My new umbrella arrived this morning and after a very very close inspection of its build quality and Construction I can happily say that its a definite keeper. The frame is quite sturdy due to the strength/thickness of the metal used to make it, looks like it can also withstand some strong gusts along with that torrential downpour. Was it worth the money spent? thats always the million dollar question. I would have prefered to pay less obviously but there is no substitute for quality especially when it comes to umbrellas, they need to be strong and durable to put up with the British weather. You cant put a price of a GOOD QUALITY umbrella that protects you against the elements. Much sturdier than others I have tried and not heavy to carry. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good *by T***R on 25 December 2012* Opens to be very large, so 2 people can fit without any risk of getting wet shoulders. Folds to be nice and compact. It always feels like the splines are fragile, as you twist them when tying the velcro strap, but 3 months later and I'm still good. Light/moderate London winds have been fine so far, but being so large, it is quite easy to get caught in the wind, and it would be nice if the model had a vent to let air out.
