Great Movie
Post NYPD Blue, and before he starred in CSi Miami, One of David Caruso's better films, with a good cast Chaz Palmenterri , Michael Bien, and others.I have always like Caruso as an actor, even from his early films like Rambo (First Blood). He made another big budget film before Jade, called Kiss Of Death, which again was not critically acclaimed and yet they are both good movies. He left NYPD Blue to go for the lure of Hollywood, and it never really worked out.. If you believe the movie press he has a reputation for being very difficult to work with, and I think some of that effects some of his film reviews, however he's a good actor with great presence and he plays the parts well. This is a good thriller and well worth watching, and its well acted.

DON'T MESS WITH THE ORIGINAL!!!... GREAT MOVIE NONTHELESS!
I downloaded this movie because I lost my dvd!?...so only given this 4 stars because the beginning has been removed from the original so that ruins the movie for me otherwise it would have got a 5 star rating. This is a great thriller that does not need to be altered which seems to be the case when downloading movies fro Amazon Video.

I've seen better
Good but could be so much better. Cast and screenplay as good as it gets. Final effect deliver less than expected.

I've heard bad things about this film
I've heard bad things about this film, but to me, its a perfectly serviceable erotic thriller. For an erotic thriller, though, it doesn't have a lot of erotic scenes and its basically a generic story line. Fans of eroticism will be happy to know that the image on the front cover of this movie is in a scene in it, and is probably the sexiest scene in the movie, which there isn't much of. Its a good detective thriller more than an erotic thriller and I don't mind that.
