Good length of skewer for my first Churrasco Cook. Nice and light to handle, sharp point, easy to clean and look fairly durable. The meat on this occasion were chicken breasts wrapped in bacon. The blade held the food well and didn’t allow the meat to rotate on the skewer when turning during the cook. I’ll be buying more. Recommended.

Perfect skewer for Brazilian bbq, Tramontina high quality product. This is a narrower version and perfect for smaller pieces of meat, prawns or vegetables (Brazilians use for chicken hearts!).

I initially bought 2. They are of very good quality. I used them to barbeque chicken thighs and they worked perfectly.I ordered 3 more.
