This series is always a good read and this book in the series was no different, the main characters lives are moving on nicely, with of course some sleuthing by Minnie.

I love being taken into this magical world, together with the murder investigations. I'm so looking forward to seeing what the next book brings.

Another fab instalment in the magical tea room series. I loved that we got to see more of the other tea room staff, along with some huge developments in minnie and Fitzs relationship. It was nice to get a bit more time with Gus in this book too. Another gripping and fun mystery.

I was lucky to get an ARC copy to read ahead of release and I loved this book! Millie is accidentally dropped into another Murder and all the mess that comes with it including a Ghost! We really see her relationship with Fitz grow and she finds she has more secrets to keep which nearly trip her up. We learn more about Yasmine since coming out of her coma. I had some real laugh out loud moments in this book, especially at the end!Can't wait for the next one.

Minnie's relationship with Fitz continues to grow and she is hoping to improve his dire money situation by renovating a maze on his dilapidated estate so it can be opened as a paying attraction. Dom from the cafe is working on it when they encounter an unhappy ghost. On opening day a body is found in the maze and there are parallels to a past crime. Minnie investigates both the current case and the historical one to bring a killer to justice and to allow the ghost to move on, nearly getting herself killed in the process. The action in this book is mostly away from the cafe and the problems with the vampire hunter but DI Prescott is on the case and the evil Darius appears to reinforce his hold on Fitz.I love Erin's writing and recommend reading the series in order as it's not a standalone. Looking forward to finding out how it all works out in the next (?last) book.

This is so good. So many secrets and surprises, as well as a sort of buy-one-get-one free murder mystery which of course Minnie solves with help. Fun moments, romantic moments, scary moments – what more do you need? Brilliant read.I received an ARC of this book but voluntarily leave this review.
