This has been a great product that has worked so much better than conventional poison for controlling ants. I have a dog and really didn't want to keep using regular ant traps and poisons that are toxic to pets and humans. Our home usually has a few ants straggle into the kitchen window each spring, but this year has been particularly bad so I tried this product as it's safer for people and pets. It's worked better than any of the products we've used in the past to control the ants. Even though it's specified for indoor use, I went ahead and sprayed it on the outside of my raised cedar garden beds as I saw the ants were trying to invade there, too. It's been keeping them at bay.It's easy to use and does smell strongly of cedar, but smells much better than any conventional bug/pest spray. For me, the only Con is the price as it's quite expensive, but since it works so well, I'm willing to keep it stocked up in my home.

I love this stuff, this is my third bottle. i started off with the rosemary but it was too strong for me, so i moved to cedarwood.Not only does it smell good, but it also prevents bugs from entering my kitchen and apartment and kills on contact.Not literally in a second but the bugs will blegh in 5-20 secs.Its human and pet safe, but always use caution when using it around animals. Don't let them lick it or inhale it from a direct sprits just in case.I keep my cats at least 5ft away when I'm using it as they like the smell and try to lick it (cats love chemicals, especially bleach).Anyways, I LOVE THIS BRAND. I want to try their other products as well!!

I’m very pleased with how well this works! I have noticed a marked difference in wayyyy fewer bugs coming into the home when I spray the obvious entry points. (Our place is older with hardly any insulation around the doors and windows.) I have directly sprayed earwigs and boxelder bugs and though they initially try to crawl away, after a few seconds they die.The cedarwood scent I got is definitely nicer than other chemicals but the fragrance is still very strong though so I refrain from using this as generously as I’d like to.I appreciate how the formula is safe for kids to be around, which is why I got it. However, if I spray a lot we’ll still find ourselves coughing and the scent will permeate the rest of the house for hours. But the stronger scent is probably why it’s so effective against bugs!Anyways, I love this stuff and plan to also get the outdoor version so I can hit ‘em from both directions!

Excellent and natural product that works.

Every summer for a short time we battle ants. They make their way in somewhere through the walls In the bedroom and make their way all the way to my kitchen, and if not taken care of soon enough will travel all the way to the laundry room where the pet food is. I kill, vacuum, clean, and mop a couple times a day and the next day the nightmare repeats itself, until they eventually give up. We’ll this year they’re worse than ever and don’t want to give up so I purchased this product cause I like that’s it safe for let’s. The smell is meh. I love the smell of cedar, this has a slight bit of chemical smell to it but I’m not going to mark it down for that. It does kill the ants in contact, but so does a spray bottle with alcohol or natural all purpose cleaner. What I wanted was the prevention that it promises. Unfortunately it prevented nothing. I spray and spray and spray and as soon as it’s dry, the trail of ants continue traveling right through, as if nothing was ever there. So for the expensive price tag I plan on returning it.

Moved into a new apartment where carpet beetles and gnats keep coming in among other small flying insects near the entrance window. Sprayed it on the window sill and around the parameters of my place and they haven’t bothered me since. This place had a weird smell and this product knocked it out. It makes your place smell like a newly modeled home and it’s STRONG. Will make you sleepy because of how calming it is. I recommend using the liquid stream instead of the spray when using it for preventative measures to control how much comes out. The smell died down after a day or 2 but took a couple of days to remove completely. Might wanna step outside for a bit when it’s first sprayed. A few minutes after I sprayed it I found an insect in a small drop i sprayed. I used a uv lighted trap and caught many, didn’t deter them. I saw a few fly away from the window after spraying and haven’t seen much or caught many since. A little goes a long way so it can last you a long time and is worth it.

I just purchased this spray for the first time and I am fully impressed! We are currently dealing with cockroaches and fire ants. I sprayed a baby cockroach 2x and it died within seconds. Then I sprayed a large area where fire ants were gathering outside our front door and within seconds they stopped moving. I also sprayed around our apartment in various places that weren't sealed off propertly. The smell was a bit strong after spraying multiple places, but I just opened a window and within 2 hrs the smell completely disappeared. I do like the smell, it's very fresh. Just a little potent, but I'm also very sensitive to scents! Would purchase again.

It’s very important to note the type of roaches you have. We bought this for our small roach problem and we were super hopeful seeing the great reviews. We started spraying this and the roach problem somehow got worse. Come to find out, our exterminator has told us we have pine roaches and we have been spraying the cedar scent all over our home not realizing it’s actually just attracting them. Was so excited to use this but unfortunately did not work for the problem we had.
