Good buy Give it a Try
Nice set box. Priced Fairly.Its working well for my purpose.I like the Octagon shape and the intermitting glowing lights. Negative=When I First tried to use the remote it was very slow and struggling to respond to commands. After 10min I realized it has a old school mouse with arrow function that you can select. I took it off of this mode and everything was select and click as Normal.

Product with design flaws
Hello greetings.Dear friends, I do not give stars to your product because it damaged the main board of my TV on two occasions. I returned the product because I thought it was damaged, but the product is fine, the problem is that there is a connection failure and it will damage the main board (insignia TV). It may not damage another brand of TV, but I don't know, because I gave the other TV box to a friend, but he hasn't used it.I want you to send me another product with the same characteristics, to test it and not damage my TV

Great quality
It's the 2nd T95 I bought, just different model.It is a very nice box. And it's something like the 5th box I have by now, so I can compare.Picture quality is great.It is fast.Remote, though made out of some cheap plastic, works fine. Just needs to be pointed at the box.Tech support non existent. And I went directly to their website. Nada. So "go figure".I have only one problem with this box, vs one I already had. Picture is scaled too large and there is no way to scale it down. It's sort of in permanent "full screen" mode. There are two settings where you can resize screen, but it does nothing to scale picture down. It's minor inconvenience, I just live with it. I already returned 2 boxes, it's OK. No big deal.

finally gave up, states is a recent version of android but will not load most of the common apps
Worked with the manufacturer past the return date on resolutions and fixes, I would not recommend. Based on the information I can glean this is an OLD version of Android masquerading an a new version on an old processor masquerading as a new one.

Works
Slowly, but works great

Couldn't get it to work with Plex, but it's good enough to keep
Wanted to use Plex on this to replace another set top box that has too many adds etc. It didn't work properly with plex, not allowing it to switch into "tv mode' (rather than tablet mode) so I haven't tried any pf the other TV centric apps or options, but having an inexpensive android device that I can operate like a PC (with a keyboard moue and monitor) is worth it to keep the device.

Remotes are terrible
The remote to this unit is a tormenting joke. The one that came with the product worked well at first but then stopped. They did send out another one but you have be standing right in front of it to work. This so aggravating . The box itself works when it wants to. I am so disappointed. We have 3 of these things and only I works well. I don’t have a money tree at my house.
