Hopeless
Bought two. First one snapped after two days. Frightened to use the second as I don't want another basket plunging to the ground. DON'T BUY.

Gave only 4 stars because as yet not tried it, but reviews for them were good. The Pulley's arrived day after ordering, great. They look sturdy and hopefully they will do the job. Putting them up this weekend. Good price.

These hangers are a great accessory to help water your hanging baskets they save having to stretch up you can lower the basket down to a convenient level

Does the job
My mum (68 years) has been using this for her 2 baskets when she waters them and it seems to be working well. I find I have to lift it all in order to retract it completely.
