Super easy to use. Great addition to vintage equipment.

Likes: This unit paired quickly to my iPhone 13. It has an on/off button. (I do not have a 110 plug on my stereo amp, so have to power from the surge protector which is always on.) I received a call while streaming music from my phone and the call audio went to the phone and did not play they the stereo. Sound quality is decent, I have to use the L/R RCA jacks input into the stereo, so is probably not as high fidelity as it could be. I control volume from the phone volume and stereo volume controls. Dislike: I couldn’t determine from the description or any reviews how power is connected. This comes with a power cable with usb micro into the unit, and usb A at the other end. A power block is not included, and my stereo is too old to have a usb A power source, so I just got an old iPhone usb A power block and plugged that into 110 outlet.

So this is the second Bluetooth 5.0 device I have purchased and ultiminately returned. I bought it to connect newer iPhones and iPads to my 5.1 Stereo Receiver for playing music. I am using the Optical in port on my receiver for my 4K TV so I didn't consider devices with that port as it would require an Optical splitter. I have tested both with the supplied AUX/RCA cable and a better quality RCA to RCA cable I have. I went with Bluetooth 5.0 (vs. 5.1 or 5.2) to match both of my current devices, I don't plan to use that often and I want something reasonably priced.Pros:Bluetooth connects easily.Fairly well made and decent looking for this price point.The volume buttons on this device control the volume levels on your connected device (iPhone, iPad, etc.). If you long press the "-" or "+" volume button it will go back or forward to the song in your current play list. If you only selected 1 song (not an album, play list, etc) then it won't do anything.Sound quality is not too bad with the supplied cable. There is about a 25% reduction in output volume compared to a hardwired device which seems to be the norm for Bluetooth receivers without a built in amplifier. The other small square device I also returned lost 50% or more of the volume.Cons:Supplied cables are relatively short. My equipment is located in a closed cabinet so I had to sacrifice location. Keep this in mind if you want to connect this to a surge protector/power strip that is not within 3'.Even after disconnecting this device from your iPhone/iPad it will Auto-reconnect. The only way to keep it from reconnecting is to turn off Bluetooth on your device or unplug the power cord. There is no way to shut off auto reconnect that I could find but maybe just unique to Apple devices.No dedicated On/Off power button.The biggest reason for returning is there is no power button. I could live with the auto reconnect if I could shut this device OFF when not using it as I have other Bluetooth devices I connect to. The only way to shut this off is to unplug the power cord. I noticed this company makes several similar devices with a power button so I will likely try one of those. I wanted to love this device but the lack of a power button was a no go for me.

I bought this to plug into my Onkyo A/V receiver so that I can listen to Amazon Music, Pandora, or Simple Radio over my home theater sound system. It works fine and for that kind of listening, the audio quality is perfectly adequate. I keep it on top of the receiver and lead the USB power cord to an outlet behind the receiver. It's inconspicuous in my A/V cabinet. And yes, like most of my other bluetooth devices it is "grabby" and wants to pair with my phone when it can--completely normal and expected behavior. What I like about this adapter is the power switch, so I can defeat that if I want. (I have a similar "Esekin" one with no switch, a disadvantage.) Recommended.

Sets up instantly, works perfectly with my iPad. Sounds quality is great. Unfortunately my iPhone can't locate it to connect! Weird. If you have an iPhone, think twice about this one, but if you use iPad to control music its perfect.

I once bought a cheaper 20 dollar Bluetooth receiver for my outside amplifier and it was horrible .. I saw this receiver and had to try it out ... this one is awesome ... the cheap one cuts off briefly if I unlock my phone,I get a text,change the volume .... this one has better sound quality looks better and does not cut off for every thing I touch my phone for ... I'll probably use this one for my pool house amplifier and get a better one for my indoor use

Tenía mis reparos porque hace tiempo un receptor bluetooh conectado a mi ampli HiFi y lo descarté por la mala calidad de sonido y el volúmen bajo, en este la calidad de sonido es muy buena, aunque tiene control de volúmen, lo tienes que poner a tope pero no defrauda, te dá la calidad de señal que tengas en tu móvil. Como inconveniente diré que no tiene interruptor de encendido y apagado, si quieres esto, se lo tienes que poner aparte.

Ho acquistato questo ricevitore bluetooth per collegarlo ad un mio vecchio stereo. La spedizione è stata velocissima. Installazione immediata. Utilizzo facile e intuitivo. Accoppiamento con il mio cellulare Samsung senza intoppi. Qualità del suono davvero ottima. Consiglio l’acquisto. Segnalo due cose: la prima è che viene venduto con il solo cavo usb. Ti serve quindi un caricabatterie standard con uscita USB (5V, 1 o 2 Ampere). La seconda è che il dispositivo è sempre illuminato di blue anche quando non è connesso con una fonte audio. Se di notte da fastidio la luce devi staccare l’alimentazione.

funziona benissimo e si installa immediatamente. Installato su un vecchi amplificatore stero utilizzando però cavi RCA audio stereo (bianchi e rossi per capirci). Consigliatissimo

Perfecto "puente" de unión entre equipos analógicos y digitales. Este puerto me permite usar el audio del móvil o el portátil en mi viejo y querido amplificador de audio. Fácil de instalar y de conectar. Vale cada euro.
