I’m on other meds so I can’t tell but the one time I took it o slept heavy and woke up groggy but like I said I am on prescription meds, ask your doctor! Or if you have sleep apnea use your machine ( as you should everyday anyways!!?)

I take this occasionally when I need a little help. I only take 1/4 tablet - that works for me.
