Bought as a gift for my dad. He is recovering from a stroke and was looking for something to mixup with the cognitive recovery books. He is 81 and the previous games that I have bought for him were not challenging enough. There are all sorts of different levels of difficulty patterns for all ages and this one has him engaged enough that he has had difficulty putting it away. He needs to put in about 30 minutes a day of cognitive work for his stroke recovery and he has actually worked with this over two hours one day. I would recommend it for all ages, my daughter is a special education teacher and she has one for her classroom.

The family enjoys playing Kanoodle pyramid. It challenges you to figure out what piece will go where. I have other Kanoodles to. Love these games.

Love Love Love this product- but more importantly, my students love solving it during FriYEA Celebrations. The kids would collaborate (yes actually work together) until they solved each one. I ended up buying several of these because so many students wanted to do this instead of other games of skill.

Great gift for a middle school boy. At the age where toys are very few. I ordered one for my son and one for his friends bday. He played quite a while with it and brings it out from time to time. Super for a car trip.

I use this for fine motor skills, strategy, patience and of course FUN with my students. I enjoy it myself as well. Self contained so pieces don't go missing. Great purchase.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my teens kanoodle collection. You can't go wrong with any of the games within the kanoodle family. This is a great quiet game that kids can play by themself. It gets them off the screens and kept him busy for days. He passed it on to my preteen and she plays it all the time as well. I have also played it myself. I enjoy it and can spend hours configuring and reconfiguring the layouts. I must have to keep your brain young.

UPDATE: My Dad enjoyed the game so much he ordered one for his house Simple enough.......just get the 2D or 3D puzzle completed from the layout they show you! Compact and stores away nicely, so that's always a bonus, we have lots of other puzzle games so its nice to add to our collection and as it says on the box it really is for all ages, my 16 year old teenage son was helping out his 7 year old cousin and my 75 year old dad was also eager to give it a go. 2D platform This is played in the base of the case, you have 100 different challenges in the book for 2D, you start off by picking a stage from 1-100 in the book, you copy how they are laid out and then you are trying to get all the other pieces placed down so that every square is filled to complete the 2D pyramid, obviously it starts off really easy in picture 1, so we skipped to level 76 and that was too hard! My Dad happily sat there trying out each level. 3D platform This is played in the lid of the case, again you are starting off by copying one of the photos in the book, there are 100 levels of this version too, this time you are completing it till you get a 3D pyramid. simple content but a good challenge I recommend this fun game for any family out there like us that likes board games and puzzle games, this can be done on your own or as a team.

I own most of the Kanoodle puzzles and I find this one a bit different than the others. The pieces are bigger, but very light. The box places the challenges at the same level as the extreme. I would place it at the same level as the Kanoodle. The challenges do get a bit difficult towards the last ones, but aren’t too hard. The pyramids are fun to build because of the bigger pieces. I think kids would like this size more than the size of the other kanoodle games. Great game for both adults and kids. I recommend.
