Very good quality

I stopped using shakers when I heard someone say chipped ice melts faster. Who wants a watered down cocktail? This Strainer Set is the right capacity and weight to make you and your guest(s) multiple drinks at once and serve them in the classiest of ways. A lot less likely to spill than popping the top off of a shaker... Love this.

I have now purchased several of these sets to give as gifts after enjoying mine for several months. I have wanted a stir set but they are typically a bit pricey. The Yarai Mixing Glass isn't crystal but the cuts are such combined with the weight, one might think this is lead crystal. Great value and look for the money that's for sure.

I didn't purchase this from Amazon, but from a local Kroger. But I have only had this about a month and a half. And I always hand-washed it, never handled it roughly, just used it the way a mixing glass is supposed to be used - stirring, muddling, etc. I had just filled it with ice and was carrying it to set it on my counter when the bottom just dropped out, exactly like you see in the picture. Fortunately I was standing on a rug so it didn't shatter, just scattered ice everywhere. I'm just at a loss! It's not like this is flimsy glass, it's at least a quarter of an inch thick! I'm going to have to buy a replacement tomorrow, but it certainly won't be from Oggi, that's for sure!
