Reading Comprehension: Grade 4 (Skill Builders)

I wanted something non threatening to help my homeschooled child practice reading comprehension over the summer. These stories are 2 pages or less, and the pages are only about 5x7. They read the passage, answer a few questions about the content, and go about their day. Each lesson shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. Also, the stories are age appropriate. Not baby stories. My kid was actually interested, and that is really saying something.

Good worksheets for kids

I bought it for my son. the stories and the exercises are great. however, the booklet itself way to small for a 4th grader. if they make it bigger with a bit bigger font, it would be perfect.

We are using this as a summer reading resource. One page per day keeps my soon to be 4th grader learning and excited to read. I feel that this book would be too easy for a current 4th Grader, but it works for us. I like the small size and the length of the stories. They are short and to the point.
