Is there any plastic inside unit? I don't want plastic heating up with my food.

The description at the top does not match the lower one. Do you get both the silicone mats as well as the mesh liners and drip tray?

Can you just purchase the drip trays? And if yes, where can I purchase them?

Does this unit give off excessive heat when in use (as in a bad idea to use on a hot day)? And does the unit itself become hot to the touch?
