Recipes include Fiesta Chicken Street Tacos, Meatball Parmesan Skillet, Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Wings, Garlic-Parmesan Smashed Potatoes, Overnight Cinnamon Rolls and many more. Tasty family dinners never looked so good―or easy! Review: Recipes are easy and delicious - I love this book! It has helped me learn to enjoy cooking. The meals I have made using the recipes from this book have had flavor that I didn’t know I could create, and they have been delicious! I like how the authors are down to earth in their explanations and give helpful tips with each recipe. The recipes are pretty easy and the ingredients aren’t fancy but wow, what flavor! I will admit that Initially I was concerned about making the spice blends recommended. Figured I’d make them up, get discouraged, and waste them. I was wrong. The magic of the flavor is in the spice blends! I have been following the recipes as written, and not a single one has been a disappointment. It’s a game changer. I actually want to have people over for dinner because I can finally make meals that are delicious! Oh and if you eat meat and want to start with easy winners I suggest trying the Pot Roast or the Farmers Market Sausage with Pasta. Both are excellent, easy and inexpensive. Review: Perfect for ADHD failed cooks. - I can’t cook. I was born without a sense of smell. It’s bad. I burn nearly everything. Between not being able to smell when something is done and having the attention span of a ferret at a dance club, I’m pretty hopeless. Since my husband (an amazing cook!) is working more and more, I bought this book so he could have a home cooked meal when he gets home. It was a shot in the dark, and it worked!! I’ve made the lemon rosemary chicken, which he loved so much, he happily ate the leftovers for a few days. I also made the farmer’s market sausage pasta (I don’t remember what it’s called) but we both loved it. I made some adjustments to the recipe, and that turned out to be a horrible idea. I check my creativity at the door now, and it always turns out great. The chili lime steak was also phenomenal. The directions are straightforward, and I can go from starting the meal to finishing it within 30 minutes. That includes prep and cutting and whatnot. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Awesome Cook Book
My daughter and I have made several of these recipes already and some of them more than once. Yes, they may be heavy on cream or cheese, but you don't have to make these recipes every single night! A good number of the one pot meals call for chicken as the protein. We have discovered that they are even good without the chicken. The recipes do make a fairly large amount, but leftovers can be frozen for another night. To date we have not come across a single recipe that we have not thought we would not make it again. We are still working our way through it, but excited at the prospect of new discoveries with this cook book

Great Cookbook
I don't like to cook all that much and when I do I like simple recipes. This cookbook really has made a difference in my confidence cooking and making tasty meals. Got it several day ago and have made a few entrees already. Each one has been delicious and easy to make. The one-pot meals are even better. The instructions are easy to follow too. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone starting out cooking or starting to cook again after a hiatus like me. You won't be disappointed in the results.

... take the time to write a review because I hate typing on my iPad
I buy a lot of books but rarely take the time to write a review because I hate typing on my iPad. This cook book is worth my typing irritation. I am a busy mom who is trying to eat less processed foods. I would not consider myself an accomplished cook. I need easy and reasonably quick to put together meals. These recipes are simple and the flavors in the dishes are great. At first when a recipe referenced another I mentally groaned. Sub referencing has never gone well for me. It was easy. I would recommend mixing up the Mexican spice and I think it was Tuscan Italian spice combinations and just keeping them on hand in a empty jar that you have saved. That is one of the sub references that has shown up often in the recipes that I have tried. The Greek pasta and the bourbon meatballs are on deck to try for this week. I have bought a lot of cookbooks hoping that my meals would improve. I have had limited success until now. I highly recommend this cookbook. Enjoy.

Might be good as a 1st cookbook for a young adult...?
Great photography, but there's only so many times you can read "ooey gooey" as an adjective, and the recipes are pretty uninspired, and free on the website. Nothing ground-breaking here; pretty basic.

Simply delicious
When I found a recipe on line, it mentioned that is came from this book. I thought it would be worth taking a look. I bought the Kindle version and was immediately thrilled with the recipes I was seeing. On the way home that evening, I stopped to get the necessary ingredients to make the Tex-Mex Pasta and Sausage. It was just as easy as the book said. Dinner was ready in about 20 minutes and it was delicious. This weekend, I’m going to try the Breakfast Bombs. They should meet my family’s needs and more! It’s unusual to find a cookbook filled with easy/simple recipes that have any flavor or eye appeal. This one meets both criteria. I love it.

Great All-round Cookbook
I love this cookbook! I love that there are a variety of sections that cover slow cooker recipes, one pot recipes, veggies, quick meals and desserts, there’s even a section for appetizers/finger foods for entertaining. The instructions are done really well so that I haven’t messed anything up as of yet. So far every recipe we’ve tried has been a hit, even my surly two year old eats the meals. Amazing.
