I was super excited for this to arrive. When it arrived it worked amazing for 2 weeks. My kids were finally helping sweep because they were super excited with the suction at the bottom. Then for no apparent reason the top will not shut all the way and the sensor light is blinking nonstop! What a total let down!

Love the product, unfortunately my lid is broken, I contacted the seller and they were very nice and informed me to contact the manufacturer for my warranty, but I still haven’t heard back from them, it’s been about a week.

I got this for my mom and I was pleasantly surprised how well it works. Down side is it's not as large as I hoped.

I have unplugged it to see if that would reset it but no joy. It worked great for a few months but now I have to leave the lid open and turn off the power so no one gets hurt. I do not know what to do.

Trash can lid motor broke after 1 week of use. First problem was the LED light went out and then the motor died and the automatic trash can was useless. Replaced the item... the replacement can worked better for a total of 3 days and then stopped opening and closing entirely. Absolutely horrible product but the seller handled everything perfectly and I was refunded.

The media could not be loaded. While the vacuum feature is cool the lid continues to malfunction. On a positive note the warranty has replaced the lid once and am now in the process of a second replacement. Warranty is up in June though so when it inevitably breaks again I guess we’re out the $200!

So far so good. I have only had this for a week.Not a huge fan of the trash bags included because they leak. I like the non touch to open the lid and that I can keep it open. Cleaning the vacuum cup out is fairly simple, but did take a little scrubbing to get stuff out as it seemed to stick to the sides. Good thing it can be washed. I love being able to sweep trash directly to the suction area. Saves a lot of time and having to keep up with a dust pan. So much more effective. The trash can has a funky metal smell, that Im hoping that will go away soon. A little pricey, but what is not overpriced these days. Overall Im satisfied. Hopeful for long term usefulness in working condition.

This trash can only lasted 3 months the lid is flimsy it broke with in a month. It dent’s very easily and show all types of finger prints it doesn’t hold up to be called stainless steel. This product need more creative time in the the factory.
