I always buy chimes based on how they sound rather than how they look. I watched the video to hear it before purchase (which was great, as not all chimes give you the opportunity) and was not disappointed. These chimes not only sound lovely, with a deep, rich, ethereal tone - but they are also beautiful to look at. They arrived quickly and were carefully packaged. I absolutely love them! They are a great addition to my collection, and will purchase this brand (Astarin) again. I have some that were hand made and tuned by an artisan who has now passed away. These are of similar quality.

The sounds these chimes make are some of the most beautiful I've ever heard. Soothing, and peaceful. Well made, and should last a very long time with the coastal winds I get.

The sound is absolutely amazing soft, calming, and so relaxing. Honestly, you just have to listen to the video to believe how beautiful the melody is. We hung it outside on our NW patio egress where we get the ocean breeze in the afternoons here in Oceanside California , we live 4miles from the beach and it creates the perfect peaceful sound every time the wind hits. Such a simple but beautiful addition to our home. Definitely worth it.

Nice mid-range tone - not tinny but not a deep sound, either. The quality is okay and are nice enough to give as a gift. They arrive in a gift box and have a bit of tissue paper inside. Not as nice as others but not bad for this price point.

They have a good sound. Not tinny and not too deep either. Together with a very deep tone, it is a perfect match.

I've always enjoyed windchimes in my yard and, I was in need of new ones.. These are without a doubt the most beautiful I've ever had. Both the sound - which is amazing,- and the incredible color. Purple is my favorite - these chimes are bright and beautiful - just as shown. Beyond their beauty there is a feature I truly enjoy...you can silence the chimes by raising the center piece to the top. I do that in the evening so, not to disturb my neighbors when sleeping. Tip - the higher you place the chimes - the more wind -so the busier and more active the chimes. Lower has less wind so, the chimes don't move as much - more quiet. They arrived in remarkable wrapping to protect every piece of the chime. They also came with a little thank you gift plus an excellent instruction & care booklet. Excellent product - highly recommend.
