Appears to provide accurate readings. Stable operation. Looks good. Installed perfectly... came with adequate seal and spacers to get it clocked right. No complaints. The black face with white numerals/marks look good with my machine that has black accents.

I installed this pressure guage 6 weeks ago to measure the group head pressure on my Rocket Apartamento after I installed a new vibratory pump. It works perfectly and has held up very well with no problems...they provided two o rings which allowed me to get a perfect fit with the gauge sealing and lined up correctly

I have an Italian espresso machine with an E61 group head and got curious about pressures so tried one of these gauges. It seems a bit expensive, it's a $10 pressure gauge but you pay the premium for someone figuring out the right adapter and including it in a kit, so that's ok. The gauge works fine, I can see the difference in grinds and tamping, some shots flow at 9 bar, some at 12 if they're too tight, and I've been fiddling around with turning the pressure on and off to keep it in the lower range. The only issue I had was installing it, getting the thread started was a bit of a trick. I think the hole isn't threaded perpendicular to the pipe, so you naturally try to install it at the wrong angle. Move it up and down and bit and you'll find the right angle. The other issue is how many washer to use. I tried one at first and it leaked pretty badly, I put another on and now it's water tight and working fine.

I saw this item on Pinterest not knowing such a thing existed. I decided to add it to my Rocket Mozzafiato. I knew that buying it on Amazon afforded me an easy means for returning should it disappoint. It did not disappoint. I think it adds a degree of coolness along with a handy way to see the machine's output is on target. It was necessary to wrap a thin strand of Teflon plumber's tape several times around the threading, but then we were good to go. The gauge also came with several thin washers to aid in getting it tight at the point where the faceplate is correctly upright. Upon use, it zips right up to a steady 9 bars with each shot. I read some people lamenting that their needle vibrated violently. That is not a flaw in the gauge, rather it is the actual pressure fluctuation of the machine's pump. Rocket espresso machines, for instance, offer Type R and Type V pumps. R for rotary and V for vibratory. These pump styles maintain pressure differently as the gauge accurately reflects.

A nice gauge for dialing in your brew pressure on an E-61 machine. I replaced it with a temperature gauge after dialing in the pressure. But, I will keep it for when I need to set the pressure again.

L'ho montata sulla mia quick mill Caroa Evo, esteticamente accattivante, bella. Credo sia costruita in metallo al tatto non sembra affatto plastica come ho letto nelle precedenti recensioni. Il montaggio non è assolutamente difficile ma richiede pazienza. Sono riuscito a metterla in asse dopo qualche tentativo ma ho dovuto usare del teflon, con le guarnizioni in dotazione non sono riuscito a fare granché. L'unico difetto che ho riscontrato che le ha fatto perdere la 5° stella è che sembra leggermente "sbilenca" non è perfettamente ortogonale al gruppo di estrazione forse avrà preso qualche bottarella nel trasporto?
