My children were soon joining in with ‘reading’ after only a couple of readings of the book. And it is a book that elicits calls of ‘read it again’ straight after the last lines. The illustrations perfectly match the text, with the expression of a put upon Cat and a rather perplexed Whale, adding to the story, eliciting giggles when seen in junction with the story being read. One of our Favourites!
One of our favourite book series! So fun and I think we have more fun reading it than the kids. Good fun, and brilliant illustrations.

So funny
Love these books! Funny, bright and nice to read with my children or by themselves so good for a mixture of ages

Brilliantly funny - a family favourite. What do dragons sit on?
This book had the adults laughing out loud and the children and bit inquisitive at first. After the second reading the kids loved it too and now are always asking what different animals sit on! We will be buying other books in the series if they are as good as this one. Pure genius!

Brilliant second book in the Oi! series
Have you read Oi Frog? Well this, the second in the series, is just as fun as the first book. This time the Frog is changing the rules, getting his own back on Cat "Cats sit on gnats". The rhyming works just as well as in the first book with some hilarious combinations e.g. 'Cheetahs will sit on fajitas' and 'elephants will sit on smelly pants' (much to the Dog's horror!). Jim Field's illustrations are great with wonderful facial expressions on the animals. I can highly recommend this book and the others in the series.

Beautifully illustrated & interesting story
Beautiful colourful book for our 18 month grandson. Interesting rhything story. At present he doesn't really get the funny story, he's more interested in the pictures & saying what he sees...the animals are easily recognisable. The good thing is he will grow into the story as he matures. An excellent buy , I've already bought more in the set.

Funny story for young children.
I was worried my 4 year old would be too old for it. She wasn't. Loved it. Became one of the favorite books in her bedtime rotation, which is the highest praise I could give it.
