Great fun but not all the songs are available
Some classic songs like bonjovi living on a prayer are held back for the bars only and can’t be sung on home systems

Great Fun!
Sound quality is good, a little complicated to set up, even with the image in the box, but once connected it's so much fun!

nice product but with a few issues
Bought to use plugged through my PC connected to a TV. The mic audio does not get output through the PC. You need an external speaker to put the mic through which is annoying. Should be able to feed the mic back through the PC and output on the TV as well. I picked a product that was small handy and required as few extra components as possible. Might not have purchased this if I realised I'd always need an external speaker to make it work. Because the mic routes through an external box into a speaker you cannot route the music from the website in the same way or the music and lyrics are no longer in sync. To make this work and sync up you have to let the music play from the tv and then have the mic connected through different speakers. The syncing issue was a problem at the beginning until I undid the setup suggested on their website and do it as described above. I could and cannot find any options anywhere that allowed me to delay the video in order to sync everything. This would seem like an easy obvious fix to this issue. Controls should be introduced to add latency and EQ songs. The search function on the website is decent. The QR code function for other people to search and add songs is a good idea BUT the search function on the phone isn't as good. They don't have a general browse library option which is also annoying. The playlist option off a phone doesn't give you the option to manually reorder the playlist. You can only shuffle it or choose the I'm feeling lucky option. You also cannot remove songs from the playlist on the phone.Overall it is a decent product - I liked how small and compact it is and how easy it is to get at and use the library of songs. I just hope they can make their interface for it better.

Poor
The actual machine is ok. For the price it’s not too bad. The subscription that comes with it is awful. I’ve been to lucky voice and it was an amazing experience, this was just rubbish. Song selection was awful and for the monthly price it’s just not worth it

Excellent
I took off a star because you have to pay £6.99pm for a subscription. Then I put the star back because watching my 7yo daughter sing Duality by Slipknot was the best thing I've ever seen. To be fair, there's an incredible choice of songs to the subscription isn't the worst thing in the world. I'm really pleased with the machine, it's brilliant Was surprised to find a mic with XLR connection too, it's weighty and better quality than I expected. Recommend.

Monthly subscription!!!
Did not realise you needed to have a monthly subscription, very annoying. As not used very often only sign up & pay when going to use it!Probably would have put me off getting it if I had known that!
