Adorable and has some nice features but not sure the age range is correct
I got this to ultimately give as a gift and so will just give a limited review. It’s definitely adorable, very basic which is what you want for the age range, with primarily neutral colors and simple graphics. It’s high quality and very sturdy. A question I do have is if a 6-month-old would be able to play with the “remote.” It’s much thicker and wider than I had estimated from the photos. It’s approximately 1 inch thick and 2 ¼ inches wide. The keys are perfect size for a 6-month-old to grasp, but I’m not sure about the remote. It may be better suited to a slightly older child. The instructional sheet talks about textured keys and I guess technically they are with the key ridges, but that’s the only actual texture on the keys. Each key has a little bit different shape so maybe they should have focused on that. And I echo the key ring not being something for a baby to teeth on. The plastic is much too hard.

Simple yet adorable toy for little ones!
Playskool always has the cutest toys for little ones and this Little Wonders See-A-Key toy is no exception. It's super adorable, chunky, and easy for small hands to hold on to.The toys consists of a set of keys attached to a key fob. Each key is a different (and super cute) animal - monkey, panda, and giraffe. The key fob has buttons with those same animals on them. When pushed, the buttons light up and say a short little phrase. I think it may be more engaging if the buttons just played animal sounds or even music. The Playskool button turns everything off and on. When initially pressed, it says hello and turns on. When pressed again, it says goodbye and turns off. Cute! The keys are soft enough for a baby to chew on but the key fob is definitely harder and not as appropriate for teething. I do love the wood accent! That is a nice and unique touch! The batteries are included. You will just need a small screwdriver to access the batteries to pull out the little activator tab.The toy is packaged well and would definitely be suitable for gift giving!

I would be careful of the batteries
I feel like every baby loves keys and that includes my own; however, this key set has its pros and cons. First, this key set is on the bigger side and the keys are great for teething. I love how adorable this key toy looks because it almost looks like how mommy or daddy's key would look like. However, the main thing that worries me about this is this being targeted towards babies that are most likely to constantly have this in their mouth and it has a battery inside. My mind keeps worrying about what if the battery leaked or the baby's mouth ruined the wood and damage the buttons and the inside. I feel like this is the type of toy for maybe a child that won't put it in its mouth so much. Other than that, the concept of this is adorable, the buttons don't have much to them but it's just a cute thing for a child to play pretend with but wouldn't recommend it for mouths.

Very cute and made well, delighted a 2 year old
The Playskool Little Wonders See-A-Key is very cute and safety-conscious toy. The battery compartment is protected with a screw, and you pull out the tab to allow the batteries to connect (it uses 3 AA batteries). The toy gives little ones their own set of keys with a "remote" with buttons that correspond with the animal faces of each key. The buttons light up when pressed, and makes animal sounds. The bottom button that says "Playskool" is used to turn the toy on and off; it says hello when turned on, and goodbye when turned off.The "natural wood" of the toy surrounds the buttons, although I assume that wood may be underneath the rubber texture of the keys and key ring. There is a corresponding Gimme-A-Ring product available that pairs nicely with the See-A-Key. The Gimme-A-Ring provide a "play" phone with a remote and allows you to record & play a message.Overall, the toy caught the attention of my two-year old niece, who loved playing with it and pushing the buttons. Definitely recommend, and now I'm going to look at adding the Gimme-A-Ring product!

Super cute
This is a super cute toy the buttons are nice and soft it is on a wooden pallet. When you press the buttons they make nice animal sounds the keys themselves are a hard type of plastic with a very thin rubber around it which might be good for teething but you have to be careful because how hard it is it could also hurt the mouth. I wouldn’t necessarily say for a six month old it is what the box indicates I would maybe say a little bit older maybe one or so because of how hard the toy is but it is a very nice toy lots of lights and sounds and will keep the little one busy for quite some time and it does come with the batteries which is a good thing.
