I ordered this pillow after having stayed at the same out of state airbnb 3xs that had these pillows in every room..our family loved them so after the 3rd trip I came home determined to find them. Unfortunately, the 1st time i ordered i qent based on the photos that also showed green stitching and "bamboo" on the pillow case- as i remembered this from the airbnb pilliws, i ordered a 2 pack. Theuh were NOTHING like this brand! They are far too firm & heavy & the outer case feels cheap & synthetic (plix-io brand). I found many brands use the same photo- i believe it is a white label product, but i digress, i ultinatelt went with brijio because they had same day prime delivery...very pleased with this pillow! The outer case is very silky soft breathable material & the pillow itself is soft enough to be a squeezavle/ huggable pillow or perfect for side back or even stomach sleepers! The price is a bitch muxh with some of the "brands" but since qe already knew we loved the pillow i felt 22.50 each was more than worth it for a luxury hotel style pillow. Only other complaint is the off gassing/ the nasty chemical smell that is pretty strong until you air it out or throw in the dryer with some essential oils on a cloth. I will say though that the smell was gone within a few hrs on this pillow as opposed to a week plus on the plix-io brand ones that were 2 for 29$. For people that use a pillow between their legs this is also a great option as it forms to the contours of your body

The pillow was great the 1st night. Only got up once to use the bathroom. Fell asleep quicker. Even though it had that faint mildew odor. The second night, I slept ok, too, no neck pain or headaches. But the 3rd night the pillow firmed up so much and was uncomfortable. Felt too high, I dont know how, but I was back to being uncomfortable and sleeping less. I'm trying to weigh it down with weights and other heavy objects to see if it will flatten a little. Loved the little carrier bag it came in, but comfortwise, I was disappointed. Atleast it was only $20. I guess you cant always go by reviews. I will probably use it between my knees when I sleep and go back to the "My Pillow", which atleast is not as firm, but not much better, either. UPDATE - So I didn't want to return the pillow and decided to open it up and take some stuffing out. Then sewed it back up again. Turns out I took out too much after a few nights of uncomfortable sleep. (See pics below ). So I reopened it and put enough back that I thought would be more comfortable for my neck and sewed it back again. Success!! I haven't woken up with any headaches and only getting up once a night as opposed to three to use the bathroom. I guess I must be sleeping better! Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. If you're thinking of throwing it out, try adjusting it yourself. You have nothing to lose.

I bought this pillow in Sept 2020. I really wanted to like this pillow, but all I can say is that it doesn't do the trick for me, and nine months later I'm now back online searching for another pillow. "Pro's" are that you can remove some foam filling to make the pillow less firm; the pillow doesn't feel too hot or heavy to me; the heavy feel of the pillow actually makes it feel more 'quality', and the material that the pillow is encased in feels soft and of good quality, too. Lastly, the pillow does maintain its rectangular shape over time, and the price for what you get is reasonable. "Con's" are that the pillow is just too firm when you first get it. I don't see how anyone can sleep on this right away without reaching into it and removing some foam. I think it's contributed to some shooting neck pains from my shoulder to my head months later. After trying a friend's tempur-pedic pillow last week, I've decided I need an upgrade.

I was super excited to get this pillow after I accidentally killed my old memory foam pillow I'd had for more than a decade. It's a lot thicker than I was expecting and when I sleep on my back, unless I sleep with my shoulders on it too, I'll wake up with a sore neck. It's fine for side sleeping (I've had to modify how I sleep because of the thickness- I used to need an arm under or on the pillow or my neck would hurt in the morning, and now I don't need to do that) and I haven't even bothered with stomach sleeping. It is super comfortable, though, and I would highly recommend it for side sleepers!

Left pillow is 3 years old but the same company. Right pillow opened 12 hrs then fluffed. They don’t fall after a lot of use. They don’t fall when I had to use it to prop up my are and shoulder after an injury. So much less pain for me. But since I stole my husband I will give him a new one so he can sleep without snoring again.We do re-fluff every once in a while because we sat in bed and used it for our backs but it does fine. I would say we have traveled with it. Moister climate seem to make it feel bigger. It was the same size when we got back home. (CO is dry. IA was not.)On first opening it seems like it is not big. Even after 12 hrs I was concerned but I think they may have been in packaging a while. Moved it around a bit and away we go to where it should be. There was not a smell with this like some pillow have.I don’t give reviews until I can truly say that we have used it for a bit. In this case we have not only used it but can say my husband has gotten great sleep.Had a pain in his neck right before the pillow was ordered. One nights sleep and it’s gone. His snoring has gone too.This is a pillow that holds it shape. It was smashed flat in the bag but came right out and fluffed up. Ready to go. Didn’t take long to get here either. Will problem buy another for other members of family soon.

I used the pillow for the fist time last night. When I opened the package I saw that the pillow had been compressed into a roll I was disappointed to see how compressed and deformed the pillow was However after opening the package and waited, after a few moments the pillow returned to its original form. I didn’t pay attention to size when I ordered my pillow, I ordered a standard size and I think that I would prefer a larger size. I will reorder a queen size.

Upon opening, flat due to vacuum sealing and bad toxic smell. Took 4 days and a short delicate dryer run to fluff back up but smell still there though not as strong. Still unusable due to smell.Tried it anyway, too firm but smell kept me from trying anymore.Not worth the money.

I like the pillow.I do not like the zipper on the cover!Sharp & pointy ... Also seperation happening at the seam of the covers zipper.

If you want a great night sleep, I highly suggest this pillow. Nice and cool, nice firmness and it's helped with my snoring. (Well reduced) better than nothing!
